While competing in an ice-fishing derby on southern Ontario’s Island Lake last February, an “ecstatic” Kaden McMillan hauled in this 28½-inch northern pike following a hard fight, says his proud dad, Adam. The eight-year-old angler went on to become the derby’s youth division winner.
