Edmonton’s Taylor Hostin was at his uncle’s cabin on Lac Lae Biche, Alberta, on a late-May day when he reeled in this trophy pike, which he pegged at 44 inches. “I could definitely feel there was a heavy fish on the line,” Taylor says. “Thank God for the 20-pound braided line!”
