A lot of technical fishing and adventure clothing claims to be so snazzy looking you can wear it in town as well. These new garments from Columbia Sportswear actually are. The Irico shirt is made from Columbia’s Omni-Freeze Zero Vent-Air Mesh material which is light and cool, yet pleasant to the touch, and has all the pockets and tabs you’d expect in an adventure shirt. It comes in black, grey and blue (pictured). The Field Creek Convertibles are water-repellent ripstop nylon with just a little stretch, and zip off to 9” inseam shorts—the classic dad length. They also have hand, cargo and back pockets, hem cinches, a D-ring and other functional features.
