Top tackle 2012

I’ve attended the International Convention of Allied Sportfishing Trades, or ICAST, for so many years now I’m running out of ways to describe the experience. Think “kid in a candy store” and you’ll get the idea. Where else, after all, can you find thousands of tackle manufacturers from around the world gathered in one spot to showcase their hot new gear? And the most recent convention in Las Vegas did not disappoint. In fact, I had a tough time whittling down my long list of favourite items to the following roundup—the best of the best.
